Esmè the Curious Cat is based in North America. All orders leave our studio within 5 business days of your order (unless special delay requests are made upon checkout).

We offer $5 flat-rate shipping and free GROUND shipping on all orders of $75 or more, shipped to one address within the USA or Canada. Once your order is on its way, you will receive USPS Priority Mail tracking information.
For any shipment within the US, orders will arrive within 1-3 days via USPS Priority or Express Mail. For custom orders, please allow 1 week. During busy holiday periods, shipments may take slightly longer. If you need an order rushed for any reason, please contact us to ensure if on-time delivery is possible.
For multiple shipping addresses you will need to simply place separate orders online. If you are placing a large order for many recipients (e.g., corporate customer orders, etc.), please contact us directly and we will process your order with more personalized attention to coordinate proper delivery.
Please note we ship “no signature required” due to the nature of our product.

Getting your order to you or your recipient safely is our #1 priority but if for some reason your package arrives damaged, please contact us and help us understand with photos of the unopened outer box, inner box and packaging. We will work with you to make it right. While we cannot take responsibility for shipping issues due to an incorrect address or inclement weather, we will take full responsibility for any errors made by us or our shipping carriers.
